2 months ago I changed the Origianl fuel pump. Since then I have burned out 4. I have replaced with Delphi pumps, oem. Anything that would cause this? were there wiring changes, etc, etc.

Are you sure the regulator is good? It could be causing a problem. There are no wiring updates.
