HEADLIGHTS DON'T WORK BRIGHT OR DIM. WOULD IT BE THE CIRCUIT BREAKER? I CANT AFFORD TO TAKE IT IN WOULD I BE ABLE TO CHANGE THIS OUT MYSELF?

Hi:
Start at the fuse. Make sure it's good. If it's ok, go to the headlight switch and make sure there is power in and out.
