What is making the engine idle so high? Its idling between 1,500 to 2,500 RPMS ...I know u cant adjust the idle so what could be the problem ?

Its on the throttle body and use a carb cleaner

Replaced the valve...still idles above 2000 RPMS

Check the ignition timing, also for a vacuum leak or try adjusting from the throttle stop screw and also clean the throttle plate bore or kinked/binding acc. cable

problem fixed...disconnected battery and reconnected it..that reset the computer...idles great now
