Car ventilation works normally, except "defroster" and "defogger". Having blown in a windshield does not work. Snow on a windshield does not thaw in the winter. What reason can be?

I'm not sure I completely understand the question. Are you saying that when the heater is set to the defrost position, it isn't blowing or it isn't warm enough to defrost the front windshield?
