1993 Oldsmobile Achieva Engine stutter

I just bought this car, a 1993 Olds Acieva SL 3.3L 6cyl, the otherday. It has a hesitation to it, when it is going from a stopped postion when the RPMs are below 1700. It only does this when in drive, reverse works fine. Any suggestions as to fix this? Or what might be causing this?

Spark Plugs and Wires
Fluids and Filters(Trans and Oil)
Fuel Filter
