FUEL PRESSURE RELIEF WARNING:Always relieve fuel pressure before disconnecting any fuel injection-related component. DO NOT allow fuel to contact engine or electrical components. Fuel system is under pressure. Relieve pressure before servicing fuel system. Fuel pressure may be relieved using one of 2 different methods. One method is to disconnect fuel pump connector. Start engine and allow to run until it stops. Operate starter for 3 seconds to remove remaining fuel from fuel lines. Reconnect fuel pump once repair is complete. You need this tool its either 5/16 or 3/8

Standard use is either clamp it around the hose or insert the tool into the connector and push both tool and hose towards each other usually you have to wiggle it a little bit it should pop loose fairly easily.

When I try to do Relieve pressure by removing the #6 fuse, the car would not run and throws out AC...Hot disabled. So I'm wondering live removing of the fuse while car is running bad for the electrical system?

Just do below to remove/depressurize the fuel pressure to change out the fuel filter

Thanks, but since I'm a complete new to this I need a diagram of some sort on where to disconnect the fuel pump and it's location.

I figure that in the very beginning -The fuel pump connector is on the back I have no exact location for you, also when you remove fuse no.6 and crank the engine a few times it will depressurize the system, of course its not gonna start you disable the fuel pump-
