1999 Oldsmobile 88 intake manifold gasket 3.8 gm engine

i have a 1999 oldsmobile eighty eight 3.8 liter. i changed the intake gaskets to the upgraded gasket alnog with the new manifold bolts and a better manifold at about 50,000 miles. well, i just broke a 100,000 and im having coolant problems again. its not coming from the tail pipe or mixed with the oil. is this gasket a permenant fix for that problem or am i gonna haqve to tear this engine apart again?
