Is there anywhere that shows step by step on how to replace these head gaskets? Also how long does it generally take to replace them? I just want a tutorial because they always make things easier.

for tutorial, it's best to get the manual on site here that is avalable for about $10 for 3 days. you can print it out as it gets fairly lengthy. there are also pictures on the book as well....
