1994 Oldsmobile 88 Oldsmobile 94 88 check engine light on,s

check engine light is on speedometer stopped working and idle gone high..(all happened at the same time)
I took it to someone to read the codes..error codes came as follows:
1- p 0321 spark reference circuit
2- p1361 ignition control signal not toggling
3- p1640 QDM 1 failure
4- p1650 QDM 2 failure
5- p1670 QDM 4 failure
6- p1565 cruise control servo position

he replaced some small cracked air hoses on top ..the idle improved just a little but still I think higher than normal ..and he suggested to replace the speed sensor ..done that but it did not do any good...I took off the ignition control module located right under the spark ignition coils and tested it in Auto zone along with the coils..they said they all are working fine..however I noticed the ignition module gets real hot..I am not sure it supposed to get that hot or there is another problem causing that..I need to get the speedometer back to work..any clue about what's causing all that?
