purchased car two years ago used. The blower moter has four speeds but three didnt really work. Yesterday I heard a little whinning noise but it worked all day and then it just stopped working on all speeds. the compressor still works and I can feel a little ciold air but my question is how do I know if it is the blower moter or not?
