1993 Oldsmobile 88 security system locked up

security system has locked up the starter and fuel pump, tried to use spare key still will not start. Is there any other way to reprogram this with out going through a dealship? Please help!!

The only thing you can do is have it repaired at a dealer. They are the only ones with the proper test equipment. As far as starting it, if you leave the key in the run position for 10+ minutes, it should bypass the system and start.
