Had a bad lifter on cylinder 7. I replaced all lifters now cylinders 3,5,2,8 are not getting oil to rockers.

Can we start with how you are telling you are not getting oil to the lifters?
If the lifters are collapsed then they need to be replaced. So if you have ticking and misfires on those cylinders I would suggest replacing the lifters on those cylinders.
However, let's start with how you are getting to this conclusion so we can get on the same page as you and go from there. Thanks
