Hi,

If you have coolant leaking into the oil pan, that is a concern. The oil filter housing that functions also as an oil cooler must be leaking. There is a gasket between it and the engine. At this point, I recommend removing, inspecting it, and replacing the gasket.

Note: Don't run the engine if there is coolant mixed with the oil. It must be drained and replaced along with a new filter.

Removal and Installation

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. For additional information, refer to Section 100-02 .
Drain the engine cooling system. For additional information, refer to Section 303-03 .
Drain the engine oil.
Install the drain plug and tighten to 23 Nm (17 lb-ft).
Disconnect the engine oil pressure switch electrical connector.
Disconnect the lower radiator hose and position it aside.
Remove and discard the engine oil filter.
To install, lubricate the oil filter gasket with clean engine oil and tighten until the seal makes contact.
Using an oil filter strap wrench, tighten the filter an additional 270 degrees.
Remove the 4 bolts and the oil filter adapter.
To install, tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
NOTICE: Do not use metal scrapers, wire brushes, power abrasive discs or other abrasive means to clean the sealing surfaces. These may cause scratches and gouges resulting in leak paths. Use a plastic scraper to clean the sealing surfaces.

Remove and discard the oil filter adapter gasket.
Clean the sealing surfaces with silicone gasket remover and metal surface prep. Follow the directions on the packaging.
Inspect the mating surfaces.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Fill the engine with clean engine oil.
Fill and bleed the engine cooling system. For additional information, refer to Section 303-03 ._________________

We need to start with fixing the coolant in the oil because an oil filter leak doesn't matter if that is not fixed.

Has the engine overheated or anything to lead you to a head gasket issue? If not, then we need to go through this guide and see what we find. I suspect you have a head gasket issue on this engine but clearly we need to verify that before making any decisions.

Also, you have a cooler on that oil filter housing so if you want to remove it and inspect it, that is the other major cause.
