Oil leak after replacing head gasket

My friends car blew it's head gasket. I replaced head gasket, timing belt, belt tensioner and idler pulley. After starting the car, it is leaking oil from what looks like camshaft seal. Is that an easy part to install? Do you have to take the cams out? Is that a common seal to fail if the head overheated?

Replacing the seal itself is not a hard job but you have to remove the timing belt and cam gear to access it.

I can relplace the cam seal from the exterior of the head? After i take the cam sprocket off, what's the best way to pry the cam seal out?

That's probably the hardest part. I usually dig it out with a pick or puncture the outer edge with a sharp screwdriver. Just be careful not mark up the cam surface.
