Oil leak?

I never had one of those, so I bought one. I saw some oil smoke which after I washed the motor, I saw some left-over oil smoke because it was one the exhaust. I guess it was leaking from somewhere which I believe could be the oil filter housing, is this something common on these cars to leak? I attached pictures for you to see.

Yes, this is very common to have the oil filter housing/cooler to leak from the canister seal and the gaskets. Here is the correct way to install the engine oil filter and the engine oil cooler. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

They had to place it behind the turbo and exhaust manifold.

What is the torque spec for bolts to the oil filter housing/oil cooler?

They only give the the torque specs in the instructions.
