Oil leak

I am using synthetic oil (5w-30). car is leaking approximately a quart every 1,000 miles. how do i find the leak and where do i start looking? just started leaking about 5,000 miles ago. thank you. Jerry S.

Good morning,

Have the engine steamed cleaned of all fluids on the exterior.

Drive the truck for about 500 miles until you see a leak on the ground. Then have someone put it on a lift and have the source identified.
