Oil gauge reads zero

Good morning,

I would start by installing a manual gauge into the sender hole and make sure it is correct.

If there is no pressure, there are possibilities.

1. low oil level.

2. clogged pick up screen.

3. Failed oil pump.

4. Main or rod bearing failure.

All these will need to be checked if you have no oil pressure.
