Oil filter relocation

Okay two questions. One is it possible for me to move the oil filer location from under the hood back to the motor? And when you start the truck up it has to run for a while before it will run decent, was wondering about a possible solution. Thanks

Good afternoon.

The reason it is under the hood is because the location at the engine is not accessible for putting the filter there. there is something in the way whether it is suspension or accessory blocking it.

Why do you want to relocate it? it is much better or easier to change under the hood.
