coolant leaking from the oil filter mount/coolant assembly

This is the oil cooler and if the tubes are leaking then it may just be a clamp that is on that hose or the cooler is cracked and needs replaced.

Attached are the instructions to replace it. I would remove it and inspect it closely to see if it needs replaced unless you can already tell it does. In which case, you have the instructions to replace it.
