Oil filter adapter

I just came from an oil and filter from the dealer. And the service technician added a comment that the "oil filter adapter inside holder is falling down". I was supposed to ask the guy what does his comments means but he left. So I ask the service adviser about the technician's comment and said that it is not a serious matter. My question is, is it true that it is not a serious matter? And what is the best thing to correct or fix the problem?Thanks and hoping for your most appreciated reply.

I think we are going to have to ask the technician and maybe have him point it out to you. This way we can know what he is talking about because I don't know what that inside holder means. I am not sure if he means inside the oil filter housing or something holding the housing itself. I attached a picture of your oil filter housing and it is just a plastic cartridge that has the filter inside.

Sorry I can't be more help but I don't know what he is talking about.
