Oil change instructions needed

When changing oil it usually says after it contact the surface turn additional 3/4 this says when you feel a slight resistance.

With a spin on filter, I always tighten it as much as I can by hand only. That is what I suggest.

Is there a torque for the drain plug? and thanks for everything else.

Here is the torque spec for the drain plug:

Drain plug tightening torque:
22 to 29 ft-lb (29 to 39 N·m)
