Oil around the spark plugs and will not stay running

It looks like you will have work your way through a few possibilities.

First back to basics.
To start get the engine codes read, a basic check to see if there is a possible sensor fault.
Things like a faulty engine coolant or intake air temperature sensor can cause hard starting and over fuelling. You can purchase a cheap OBD code scanner, best for Fiat is the Multi ECU Scan
Next, remove the spark plugs , check their condition. If needed fit a new set.
While the spark plugs are out perform a compression test.

If compression is good, then fit the spark plugs.
Check condition of the air filter.
A blocked air filter could cause bad running and over fuelling issues.

The oil around the 2 spark plugs would be caused by a leaking valve cover gasket

Good day Boris, thanks for your reply. got a mechanic to come see what he thinks. after checking,he made me buy a fuel pump and filter. after replacing it,my car starts on the turn and no signs of over fuelling.
