Should i buy conventional OEM ACDelco or a better ACDelco for my car? copper, platinum or iridium? i can't seem to find the information online.

I have included for you in the diagrams below all the information you requested for replacing spark plugs and your spark plug wires. I would recommend using the OEM spark plugs as they were the ones intended for your car. I hope that this helps.
