Odometer not working properly after I boosted another car with my car battery?

The description sounds like it could be a simple glitch. First thing I would try would be to disconnect the battery in your vehicle, clean the battery cables at both ends and re-install and see if a forced reset restores proper function. If it does great if not return and let us know. It's possible that it damaged the cluster but not as likely as the above.
