I have a mysterious issue that has been plaguing me for the past 2 months whenever accelerating from a stop i hear a clicking sound but only when i give light gas, also when giving my car full throttle i can hear a repetitive squeak like sound with a metallic tone to it. All the mentioned noises do not happen when stationary and revving the engine etc., i have changed the upper control arms and the brakes and PCV valve until now and am getting desprate.
