OBD2 code P04b4?

I have a 2018 ford fusion energi, its hard to add fuel to the car, has a engine light and code for P94b4, for refueling vapor control valve stuck closed. I ordered a part for this PN MTC FVS2 which is the vent valve. First i can not locate that vent valve on the car, looked around the vapor canister no luck... what is a fix for this code?

Hello,

SO they say this valve is located on the fuel tan filler neck but I don't see it so you might need to do some looking to find it, I am afraid the valve is on top of the tank. Try removing the rear fender liner that the filler neck is on to see if you can find the valve.

P94B4 - Refueling Vapor Control Valve Stuck Closed
