Obd1 codes code 37 and 24?

Yep, no one wants that.

Here are the code definitions:

24 - Throttle position sensor voltage high/low.

37 - Part throttle unlock (PTU) circuit, open or short detected.

I would replace the TPS sensor and then disconnect the battery to clear the codes to see what happens.

Could this be it behind the linkage spring, there's no connector on it possibly broke off?

It is difficult to tell from this picture. I see a spring and the transmission linkage. Did anything change when you installed a new TPS, did you clear the codes and drive it?

Yes, and it says transmission fluid temperature sensor above voltage, is it the brassy bolt plug behind the spring on the transmission above the pan?

Above the cooler line, may the connection end got broke off or wrong one installed?

No that is not it, the part you are seeing is to adjust the bands inside the transmission. here is the location of the sensor you need to change out.

The transmission temperature sensor is located in the transmission cooler outlet line, next to the transmission.

Removal

1. Raise and support vehicle
2. Place drain pan below the sensor
3. Clean area around sensor before removal
4. Disconnect the electrical connector at sensor
5. Remove (unthread) the sensor from transmission cooling line. to prevent twisting and damage to cooler line, be sure to use a backup wrench on cooling line.

installation

1. Install the sensor into the transmission cooling line. tighten sensor to 11 Nm (8ft lbs) torque.
2. Connect the electrical connector at sensor.
3. Lower vehicle.
4. Check and adjust automatic transmission fluid.

I'm stumped. It's not there and 46rh transmission has no electric governor pressure sensor.

Yep, thats a good one, you have the code but no sensor that pertains to it. I think you are right the vehicle has a mismatched PCM or the wrong transmission is installed.
