OBD will not read. Has any run into this before? Checked fuses and they were good. OBD is getting power but will not read.

Good morning.
When you hook up to it, does it give you a no communication message? If it does, then it could be either the serial data line to the PCM has a problem or the actual PCM is the failure.
You need to have someone check this for you.
Why are you checking the codes? Do you have a problem?
