OBD wiring diagram needed?

I'm missing almost all the wires in my OBD port. I could sure use a wire diagram so I could fix it the person that owned the truck before me installed a car alarm and used some of the wires from the OBD port.

Here's the connector view and part of the Powertrain Management diagrams. Some of the connector terminals are standardized, and some are left to each manufacturer's discretion. There will be a number of unused terminals.
