OBD port not working

Hi,

The one thing I feel can be checked is ground to the DLC. There are two of them, pins 4 and 5. Check for continuity to ground. See pic 1.

Next, what you need to do is scan the system using a can scanner. This will help identify where the break down in communication is located. The can bus (controller area network) is a system used on this vehicle, Basically, it is a network of micro controllers communicate with each other.

Okay, I Will check the grounds. Worth mentioning the CEL does not illuminate when during dash self test (key position 2).

You said fuse 30 was good. Did you confirm power to it and out from it?

I have continuity from both pin 4,5 to ground.

Okay. I really feel you need to scan the CAN system. Something at some point has broken down and preventing you from getting codes.

I attached the link above for a video. I really feel that is the way you need to go at this point.

Someone told me I could measure resistance between pin 6, 14. And should be 60 ohm. I got 49 Ohm. Can you draw any conclusion from this?

No, I'm sorry I can't. The 10 additional ohms of resistance shouldn't cause the OBD to fail.
