OBD port not working?

No power at #16 wire fuse is good.

Does the fuse have power, key on?

You might have a connection problem to the data port, also make sure the connector is not corroded, which happens.

The fuse for the OBD port gets its power from the ALT fuse 100 amp FYI. Let me know what you find.
