OBD port has no power and the power tailgate will not lift

I have no power when I try to plug in my obd reader and it will not communicate also my power tailgate will not open with any of the buttons. My cigarette socket has power and I don’t see any blow fuses. Can you give me some idea where’s to look thanks. Also when I plug my scanners in I get a beep on it then the display dies. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Hello,

Can I ask if the lights come on the dash and do you have interior lights? If not I would remove the battery and have it load tested, if the battery is okay let check the fuse #16 in the fuse panel on the left side of the dash. The guide can help.

We must get the scanner to work to find out the codes, but like I say it sounds like the battery is no good, please let me know.
