where are the OBD port and ECU located?

I can't find the location of the ECU/ECM and the scanner port of the car, where is it located and if it is equipped with such.

This car is the same as a civic, the data connector is at the left side kick panel, and the ECM is on the right-side kick panel. Here is a diagram to help show you. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
