OBD port and the center media is not working?

So, these both get their power from the SJB (smart junction box). I would start by checking the fuses which are under the dash on the left side.

See if the memory fuse 10 amp and the multimedia 1 fuse has power. Please test with the systems on. If the fuses do not have power, then the SMB has gone bad and needs replacement. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
