I was driving up a hill and the D started flashing on the dash then on the shifter and my car almost stalled. I came to a stop light and started in low gear because it felt like the motor was going to die, then I put it back in drive. After that the problem seemed to stop. The next day the check engine light came on but there were no more flashes, and the car seemed to be running ok with no flashes or almost stalling. I went to 2 different parts stores to run a scan, but the OBD II port is not able to read any codes with the motor off and also running. Is there a fuse that I could check? My check engine light is still on.
