Yes, i have replaced my 02 sensor bank 1, 3 times and about one hour after replacing it the obd2 would read that the 02 sensor was bad. can you tell me why please oh and also these are coming out pn the obd2 reader cat, evap, egr, ozs, htr.

And im taking my valve covers off do i need permatex on the valve cover groove and do i have to have a torque wrench???

No, replace the gasket and do not use any RTV.

The torque spec is 12 ft pounds.

What did you do to get this code?

This is for bank 1 sensor 2. It is the sensor on the driver's side down behind the converter.

I did get a gasket for the intake manifold and i torque it down to 18 should i go all the way to 22.

Yes, they are specific to there locations. When you get them ask for each one separately.
