Codes p2096, p0137, p013a, O2 sensor DTC issues?

So, I got codes p2096 and p0137. AutoZone said run Cataclean to clean catalytic converter. The code went away then came back after a day or 2. I did that 3 times. Then I decided to replace the O2 sensor for bank 1 sensor 2. I cleared the code, and it came back with p2096, p0137, and now p013a. What should I do besides clean fuel injectors? I cleaned the MAF with MAF cleaner and did not touch the inside wires.
