my code reader when i plug it in says that B1S2 is 99.2%.. should i replace the post O2 sensor? no code shows up and check engine light isn't on.

No. This oxygen sensor has but one job and that is to measure the efficiency of the catalytic converter. When the catalytic converter has been deteriorated past it's useful lifetime the Power-train Control Module {PCM} in your vehicle will set Direct Trouble Code [DTC] P0430 and your Malfunction Indicator Lamp [MIL] or "check engine" light will illuminate.
