After a 10 minute drive just enough for the transmission to become hot the overdrive light blinks and the gear sorts of lock, and it is very slow to pick up acceleration. When you turn it off the alarm stops but picks up after 2 more minutes, when moving to parking and drive as the alarm is on it becomes very rough. i tied to diagnose using obd2 scanner but it's not picking up the code.
I do not know if the problem is electrical or mechanical. The vehicle listed above is a m300 model.

Hello, I'm Danny.

The way your car is running and having the overdrive light flashing means a diagnostic fault code is stored in your vehicles computer. Just a basic check engine light code reader will not be able to access transmission codes. You will need to use a scanner or code reader that can support transmission faults. Here is a YouTube video from our site that explains a CAN type scanner that can read all systems on a vehicle and also a CAN tutorial for you to view:

After you perform this kind of test on your vehicle get back to us with the transmission code information and we can then properly diagnose the issue your car has. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros. Happy Holidays.
