got a P0302 generic fault code?

I got a P0302 generic fault code for my check engine light that came on. I did an HEI spark test and got great spark for all four cylinders. I ran a compression test and got good results for all four cylinders and they were within 5% from highest to lowest scores. I pulled the fuel rail than because when I pulled the number two plug, it was wet. When I had the fuel rail with the injectors still attached out, my number two injector was dripping fuel off from it. Roughly one drop for every two to three seconds. I put in a new injector and put all pieces back on the car. I tried to start the car but I would not start. I took it all back apart and noticed that I pinched the number three injector wires when I was putting the car together. I repaired the wires and tried to start it again with no luck. I do not know if I am getting fuel. What test can I run to find that out? what should I try next? Help!
