Not starting, has power, new battery

Tried to start my car, it didn't turn over or even make a noise. it is giving me a lot of warnings. like; service power steering, airbags, brake system, check fuel cap. pretty much everything. also i tried to turn my radio on and it says the key must be in the run position. and it is in the run position. i checked some fuses and they all seem fine. i'm stumped.

Good afternoon,

This sounds like a low battery and there is not enough voltage to let everything come on.

You need to test the battery for the correct voltage.

I checked the battery it's good, I bought it less than a month ago. All connections look good as well.

Okay, I attached a wiring diagram for you to view. Check the highlighted fuses. If they are good we will need to do some testing. This system has 2 relays for the starting system.

Well all the fuses look good. the bigger black ones the relays I believe I am unsure about and don't know how to test them.

You need to test for power at the fuses I highlighted. This is not a visual test, it is a power test with a test light.

We will need to test for powers at the relay.

With is an altimeter? And how do I go about that? I'm not very knowledgeable on this matter sorry.

You need a test light, not a voltmeter. I will attach a guide for you.

You can get one at a parts store. they are cheap.

So I didn't get any lights for those fuses. What next? Sorry for the delay I had to go get the test light. Should the key be in the run position when testing?

Okay, I need you to go to the starter motor. There is a big wire on the solenoid from the battery and a small wire as well. Test for power on the small wire with the key in the start position.

The starter is down where the engine and transmission come together. It is at the front side of the motor about halfway down.

Wow, I think I'm in over my head. I'm pretty sure it's the starter, I'm broke and have no knowledge or equipment to do that kind of work. I really appreciate your help.
