You should call your insurance company ASAP. Not only could you have extensive damage, there is a very good possibility they could total it. High water damage is very serious. There are computers and modules all over that car that are usually junk after being wet.

The only advise I can give you is to get rid of the car. Insurance companies consider flood damage to be non-repairable. There will be a never ending series of electrical issues with the car that will get worse as time passes. It's not a vehicle that is available here in the US so I have no technical info available on the car.

It's just another generic code reader. It will supply you with the most basic OBD2 generic codes. That information is just the first step to diagnosis. It won't perform any of the advanced functions that the scan tools that we invest $10K and more into will do.
As I already stated, you are headed for continuous, complicated electrical problems. A code reader alone isn't going to solve those problems for you.
