Replaced water pump, car would run great cold, once warm acts like its struggling to get into overdrive, it jerks back and forth? Stays in second gear, Shifts into all other gears fine. Had code read said camshaft sensor so replaced it, still doing the same, had code read again showing cam and crank sensor bank 1, replaced crank sensor still doing the same thing when it get warm. What else could it be? Also, ran codes on transmission itself, nothing came up.

Hello,

It sounds like the transmission temperature sensor has gone out or if off. Here are diagrams of how to change the sensor/switch out. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

Okay, so the parts store said this was a dealer part or we'd have to order it online. I tried finding a transmission temperature sensor it kept coming up as a coolant temperature sensor or a temperature range sensor. wasn't for sure if either of these were the same part you suggested. but got into the motor checking things out and the timing chain was a notch off! Put everything back together and now runs perfect!
