Has someone removed your thermostat?
If not, have you tried a new thermostat?

feel both heater hoses going into the firewall under the hood to the heater core, they should both be hot once the engine is up to temp, if one is hot and the other luke warm, then your heater core is clogged. If so, you could try a backflush before having to replace the heater core.
If both hoses are just luke warm, check to see if there is a heater control valve on either heater hose that might be stuck closed, so if it has a heater control valve, check both the heater hose before and after that valve, they should both be hot.

That has got to be the problem then. I suspect both heater hoses were hot then.
