The lights come on but the engine is not cranking?

It sounds like the starter motor has gone bad, but can I ask if the engine will crank in neutral? Also, please go over this video which can help you fix it:

I would check the fuse #f27 in the smart junction box on the left side of the dash and fuse #f41 in the fuse panel under the hood. Here is a guide to help you:
