Replaced the starter, battery, negative battery cable, alternator, and 80 amp fuse. But the battery is only charging at 11.5 volts. What could be wrong?

Good afternoon.

Did you check for power at the wire from the battery to the back of the alternator? It should have battery voltage.

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view. Check the fuses with a test light and verify power on both sides. Want to be sure there is correct powers to the alternator for it to work.

Check the F69UA in the battery fuse block.

The BCM controls the alternator output based on the correct inputs.
