I’m trying to replace the front rotors on my 95 full size Bronco.
I had taken the manual locking hub apart but could not get the hub spindle nut off because it’s not removable with the typical d85t-1197-a tool (with the notches).
The “nut” has 6 slightly flattened sides. I’ve attached photos/video to see if anyone has an idea what tool I need to get this off.

I don't see an image or video. There are two styles of tool that it could be here are both tool numbers and instructions on how to remove the nut so you can change the rotors out. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Thanks Ken for the quick reply. I was afraid the video didn’t come through so I’ll attempt again.

The video might be better to see the inner part of the hub.

Thanks for the video it helps, It looks like that is the washer that sits between the locking nuts, take a small hook pic and grab the side of the washer to work it out of there.

Here was the solution: 2 1/2 6R socket (see pic). I must have watched 15 YouTube videos, and no one used this style socket. Thanks for your help, especially with the diagrams.
