Whenever I am going down the road in this car, if I veer left or right it makes kind of a noise like woh woh woh woh. It also has a sound like mud tires make going down the road, or like going down a road that has grooves in it. Is that wheel bearings or am I looking at something in the rear end? How can I determine what it is?

Hello,

It sounds like you have an axle bearing that is out. The first thing to do is have someone ride in the back seat while driving to see if you can determine where the noise is coming from. Once you have figured out which axle the noise is on here are some guides to help you see what you are in for when changing the bearing:

Please let us know what happens, we are interested in seeing what it is.

Cheers, Ken
