Noise front driver side,wheels sin when start after a full stop.

Car had a oil change a it's first year check up at the end of August ,I mention the noise in front but was told after a roast test no noise.After 2 hours of highway driving I slow down to exit highway and came to a full stop, when I turn left on the road I had a horrible loud noise on the driver side forward. After about 400 metres I made another left turn,the noise was there but less in intensity and time.On my way back I did not have the horrible noise just funny little noise like a piece of metal loose vibrating.
My second problem is the front wheels spin for a few seconds when I start after a full stop.It's getting more often.
I will go to the garage tomorrow and I want them to take me seriously this time and let them know I know a little bit about what I'm taking about. I hope you can help me !not only I'm a woman but I'm a senior which do not help. Thank you Ginette
