Noise from under hood, mostly during acceleration?

Started with the car not starting, got new battery, new alternator, new coil packs, new camshaft position sensors, and new spark plugs, still needs to be jumped to start. prior to the replacements while I was driving, I would hear a sound much like putting a playing card in the spokes of a bike tire, and as soon as that noise started the car would shut off. After the replacements of above parts, it now doesn’t shut off while being driven, but the noise is still there and is constant and has gotten louder.
